Payment Methods
We offer Internet ordering by secure shopping cart, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We do not accept C.O D orders. If you wish to order maps and prefer to pay on account, by check, or by purchase order, please use the "Checks & Purchase Orders" page. If you wish to pay be check and have no credit history with Timestream, your order will be prepared, then shipped immediately upon receipt of your check. Maine residents add 5.00% sales tax. We do not bill your credit card until your order is filled and ships to you.

Prices
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. While we do our best to keep our website current and check it for accuracy, occasionally mistakes do occur; we are not responsible for any typographical or photographic errors.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with a map, we'll give you your money back if you contact us within 30 days of us shipping it to you and you return the map to us. Give us a phone call at 207-785-5511 to obtain a return authorization number so we can track your incoming item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Timestream shall not be held responsible for typographical errors and expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness or use of its maps for a particular purpose. While Timestream has spent great effort to ensure the accuracy of its maps, users shall employ them at their own risk. Timestream shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by events it cannot control, including but not limited to system failure, acts of God, perils of war, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, strikes, civil commotion, or acts of public authorities (including customs and health officials) with actual or apparent authority. The Timestream logo is a registered trademark; all copyrights and trademarks owned by Timestream will be enforced. No portion of Timestream maps may be reproduced, photocopied, or digitally scanned without express permission from Timestream.
